3 Riders, 7 Days, $1 Million

A program of ChildVoice International
Patrick, Charles, and Jackline, 3 former child soldiers from northern Uganda, have just completed an amazing 500 mile bike ride across the state of Iowa to help ChildVoice International raise money for the future of thousands of children in their country.

But finishing the ride is just the beginning.

The ultimate goal is to raise $1 million dollars such that a new community can be built on land near where these 3 grew up, a community to provide hope for the future of thousands of children in northern Uganda affected by a long standing rebel war.

We invite you to read about the reasons behind this effort, check out the stories of Patrick, Charles, and Jackline, and then take a look at the story of their ride in the Daily Diary section.  See what wonderful ambassadors they have been, for their country, for ChildVoice International, for the sport of bicycling, and for their God.

Pass on this story to your family and friends, encourage them to give something to the cause, and ask them to also become a virtual rider for ChildVoice by telling their family and friends. It is our hope that this ride will extend around the world, and thereby extend a glimpse of hope to women and children of northern Uganda who today have little.

They did their part. Please join the ride and help make their dreams for the children of northern Uganda become a reality!
